Availability

All items for sale are subject to existing stock. Orders will be executed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of any temporary or even permanent disruption, the customer will be duly advised and an alternative with other products with similar characteristics is suggested.

PRICE OF ITEMS

All prices shown are in € (Euros) and VAT is included at the legal rate.

TRANSPORT COST

The amount to be charged is according to the place of delivery, in Mainland Portugal, Islands, another international destination and the weight of the goods in question. You will have at your disposal in the system, three different types of payment (Visa, bank transfer or cash on delivery), and you must choose one of them, according to your preference.

Important Note: Exclusively for shipments to Mainland Portugal, transport costs will not be charged. For the Islands the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

ORDER PROCESSING AND ITS NOTICES

After completing the Purchase, the customer will receive an email with confirmation of receipt. Within 1 business day, you will receive a new email confirming acceptance of the order.

Caminho das Palavras Lda. Has its own packaging for the transport of goods, developed with the specific purpose of effectively protecting its content.

RETURN OF ITEMS

If you want to return your purchase, you should immediately send an email to: editorora@caminhodaspalavras.com, with the reason for the return. After sending, you will be informed on how to proceed with the referred return. This must be carried out within 7 days after receipt of the same and will only be accepted the goods that are in due condition.

DAMAGE

If eventually, your order is not in condition at the reception, you must inform the carrier as well as notify via email to: editora@caminhodaspalavras.com, in order to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
