Today I am the Chef! is a cookbook with some of the most eminent chefs currently working in Portugal. This 168-page edition offers plenty of tasty and original recipes giving you and your children at home the possibility to take on the role of a chef. You might start with a creamy carrot soup, continue with some rolled stuffed turkey and finish with a chocolate cake. But there is plenty to choose among the numerous starters, main dishes (meat and fish) and desserts that were all created by 15 great chefs. Henrique Sá Pessoa (restaurant Alma), Mafalda Pinto Leite, Ricardo Costa (restaurant The Yeatman), Rui Paula (restaurants DOC and DOP) and Vítor Matos (restaurant Casa da Calçada) are some of them. Along with the book comes an apron with the slogan Today I am the Chef!
