Hoje, o Chefe Sou Eu! brings together recipes from some of the most renowned chefs currently working in Portugal. It is an edition with lots to cook, discover and savour. And also to play with: throughout its 168 pages, you will find many recipes to try at home with the little ones. The chefs will be the children. You can start with a carrot velouté in olive oil, continue with some turkey rolls and finish with a mulato cake. But there is plenty to choose from, including starters, main courses (meat and fish) and desserts created by 15 great chefs.
