Nelson Carvalheiro launched his blog in 2013 and in only six months, in early 2014, he was considered the best European Travel Blogger. Already in 2015, he is once again recognized by the FITUR - International Tourism Fair of Madrid, this time as FITUR World Travel Blogger. In his blog he writes in English to the world, showing Portugal as his identity and as the brand he takes with him in his travels.
The Portuguese Travel Cookbook is his latest project, in partnership with APTECE, and his way of paying tribute to the true bastions of Portuguese cuisine, showing a country proud of its identity and its culinary heritage. It is a journey through the gastronomic Portugal faithful to its roots and it was written and photographed to whet your appetite and to provide inspiration for a trip to Portugal through gastronomy.
It includes over 50 recipes originating from all parts of the country.
